WebFormsMVP has issues with drop downs, needs to create model sooner
In the curent version, the model is created post-initialization. However, if you are using a drop down control with no viewstate (a common practice), the items in the control need to be initialized during the initialization event. This MUST be done at this
time, because the control sets the SelectedValue property after initialization but before load, and if the control items are not initialized during init, the selected value can never be obtained.
Automatic creation of the model needs to be moved to Pre-Init for the WebFormsMVP to work correctly with DropDown controls.
